How long have you been in business?
We've been in business for 29 years now. We opened the doors for business on February 1st of 1988
What is your primary product or service?
Comfort and trust, by providing accurate, efficient and needed automotive maintenance and repairs. We strive to make the repair process as easy as possible. We have a shuttle service for to and from rides to our clients. We also have a fleet of five loaner vehicles available to our clients.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I love the technical aspects of car repair. I'm primarily an automotive electronics specialist. Have extensive training from General Motors and Ford at their training centers. I also took a large amount of training at Toyota, Nissan and Honda training centers. In addition to owning ABC Auto Care, I also do automotive training for a large national chain of stores.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We continue to upgrade ourselves, our facility, our equipment and our processes. All this with the goal in mind to improve the experience of auto repair to our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. No plans to do second.
