When I was young I played music full time and just started doing my own repairs and mods. My degree in electrical engineering helped too.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Im in touch with my customers because I was there once and know their needs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. Mom and pop venture.

Cash, Paypal or bank check.

Mainly tube amps, electric and acoustic guitars.

My wife and I.

No set hours. I give turn around time along with repair estimates.
