How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As the owner, I transitioned from a career in film production to one as a specialty sub-contractor. I wanted to stop all the traveling but still be involved in a vibrant, fast paced business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Being from a creative background, we are able to interface with architects and designers during the design phase. We have successfully partnered with general contractors, architects and designers to land some substantial design-build projects.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are headquartered in Simi Valley and we work all over California. Right now the central management system works best for us.

We are on Enchanted Way which is just north of the 118 Freeway at the First Street exit in Simi Valley.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept contracts, purchase orders and checks.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of California but primarily southern California.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is owned by Jeff & Trish Newby. The core management team of six people have been with the company from 4 years to 15 years.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are 8am to 6pm but we are on job sites at all hours.
